Notice of Price Revision

 

Dear Customers,

 

Thank you for always choosing our pet hotel.

 

At our facility, we prioritize the safety and comfort of the pets in our care, and to ensure this, we have air conditioning running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additionally, we make every effort to maintain a clean environment with quality cleaning supplies and pet products.

 

However, the costs of utilities, including electricity, have surged dramatically, with electricity bills increasing by up to five times compared to before. Moreover, the prices of cleaning supplies and pet products have also risen. As a result, it has become difficult to continue providing our services at the current rates.

 

This price revision is not for our own profit, but rather a necessary measure to maintain the high quality of service and provide a safe, comfortable environment for the pets entrusted to us.

 

Starting from May 1st, 2025, we will be implementing the new pricing.

 

We are committed to keeping our rates as reasonable as possible so that our customers can continue to rely on our services whenever needed.
